COUTURE LACE FOR THE BEACH....day 1

Yes, this dress was designed to use on the beach.  When my client came to visit me, she told me that she was getting married, bare foot,  at the edge of the beach, in a very romantic sunset......When she saw the lace samples....she was sure she wanted to use lace, and ofcourse, I suggested her to use chiffon for a few reasons....1.  Light and fresh for the beach - 2.  I could pre-wash it, so when the silk was going to be wet by the sea foam, she was not going to have any problems. -  3.  Silk chiffon dryes very very fast, and we needed that.

Today, I will share with you some pictures:

As you can see in this picture, the dress is on the last fitting, and there are a few details to work with.... but I hope that in this picture you can appreciate the lace  in the under layer and in the upper layer.  By the way, I hand washed the lace also, to make sure that everything was going to be fine with the sea....just in case!!!!!
